Sydney offers mediation services for any dispute of a commercial nature. He is a highly experienced mediator. In his roles both as a mediator or as an advocate for parties at a mediation, he has resolved many disputes.
If appointed as mediator, Sydney invites the parties’ legal representatives to attend a preliminary conference. This can be held either in-person or via web conference, and paves the way to focus on dispute resolution on the day of mediation. Whilst venue is naturally a choice for the parties, a suggestion for a neutral and amenable venue is the Governor’s Room at the Sir Stamford, which can provide refreshments.
